Glyn has taken on the role of College Administrator after a career spanning 36 years in the banking industry which involved management of training team,  branch administration and management, and finally manager of a lending centre. He took an early retirement package in 1996.

He has been associated with the College for a number of years firstly in the capacity of financial advisor to the students, then as a Governor. In 2001 took on the role of Finance Officer at the College, one day per week and in 2003 took on the present role  as Administrator Normally in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays his responsibilities at College include day to day finance work and providing back-up and support for the Principal, Staff and Regional Tutors in all matters relating to the teaching both ‘in house’ and in the Regions. Glyn is a member of the Finance Committee and maintains a weekly contact with the College Treasurer to ensure that finances are managed efficiently and effectively In addition Glyn is a point of contact for students in their applications to the Baptist Union for Bursary Grants and in any other financial matters.

He is a member at Greenfield Baptist/Congregational Church where he is Finance Officer looking after day-to-day finances at the church and cooks in the ‘drop-in centre’ which the church runs on market days.

Married to Vivienne with two grown up daughters and two grandchildren, other interests include boating, fishing, cooking and wine appreciation, travel and DIY.
